Byzantine: Monk

Information

Each Monk adds 0.1% to the Education skill. The bonus is added at the of each battle, depending on the amount of Monks that survived.

Example:

If at the end of the battle you have 10 monks that are alive, they will give you a bonus of 10 * 0.1 = 1% on the Education skill.Apart from giving a bonus, the Monks also increase the maximum bonus that can be acquired, over the limit presented by the skills.The limit becomes 26% (30%) and it can be achieved either by a combination of bonus from Skill and units or by units only.

Example:

If you have the Education skill developed to Advanced this brings you 10% on Education. If you also have at least 160 Monks that are alive at the end of the battle, they will give you an additional 16%. This way the skill bonus reaches the maximum of 26%.

Another option might be that you don't want to spend skill points on the Education skill. In that case you can achieve the maximum with units only. For this purpose you need at least 260 living Monks, at the end of the battle, to reach the limit of 26% (260 * 0.1 = 26%).

After developing the 3-rd upgrade of this unit, the limit of the skill Education is further increased to 30%. Also note that with the upgrade the range of the unit becomes 4.This percentage can be achieved by using one of the 2 schemes listed above.

Please note that regardless of the amount of surviving Monks, at the end of the battle, the bonus for this skill can't exceed the mentioned limit of 26% (30% if the third upgrade of the special unit is developed);

Example:

If at the end of the battle you have 1000 surviving Monks the bonus gained will not be equal to 1000 * 0.1 = 100%. The bonus will be limited to the mentioned limit of 26% (30% if the third upgrade of the special unit is developed);
