Education
Your hero has obtained his Education in one of the finest schools of Middle Earth and that allows him to keep in order the new knowledge he gets and this way extract more from it. Meaning that your hero will gain more Experience whatever he does.
With this Skill you gain more Experience from Battles, training Units, Upgrading Units and Buildings.
How the bonus actually works:
A certain percentage is added to the amount of Experience you gain from all sources.
For example:
The 10-th level if a Farm costs a total of 2115 (all resource types combined). For it you should receive 2115 Experience. If you have developed this skill to Advanced, this amount will be increased by 10% to 2326 (2115 + 10% = 2326).
- Apprentice: 5%
- Advanced: 10%
- Master: 20%
