Leadership

This Skill increases your Army’s moral. During a Battle a part of the Army with the smaller moral will flee and will not take part in the Battle itself.

This skill affects before each round of the battle.

To calculate the amount of units that will flee the Leadership skill of both players is taken. The smaller skill percentage is deducted from the bigger one. Then the result is divided by 5. The result is the maximum percentage of population that could flee. The actual percentage of population that will flee is equal to 50 to 100 percent of the maximum percentage that could flee, determined on a random basis.

Here is an example:

Player A has 30% Leadership and Player B has 10% Leadership. The smaller percentage is deducted from the larger (30 – 10 = 20). Then the result is divided by 5 (20/5 = 4). The result is the maximum percentage if population that could flee (4%). The actual percentage of population that will free is equal to 50 to 100 percent of the maximum percentage that could flee, determined on a random basis (2% - 4%). This means that 2 – 4% of the population of Player B will flee.

The types of units that will flee are determined on a random basis.

  • Apprentice: 10%
  • Advanced: 20%
  • Master: 30%
